I used to live at these apartments. The apartment itself is very nice, but the other tenants cook SMELLY food like heavy heavy curry EVERY freaking day, have LOTS of children, leave their piles and piles of shoes outside the front doors, are RUDE and just plain ruin the atmosphere of a nice community. The managers are nice and the maintenance people are good and responsive. I moved out as soon as my lease was up.

I lived there, too. For 7 years...been out of there for 6 years. So it seems the place has not changed. The mgmt does not deal with at all. The screaming kids are a noise problem for sure and it's very disrespectful to the rest of the peaceful patrons. I'm glad you moved...as nothing will ever change there.

Moved out in "07. You're right about the number of children, but please understand that this is the number 1 rated Cupertino School District and is in fact the reason that these apartments are renting at the amount they are. Promethius is a cut throat managment company. The rent is just the tip of the iceburgh. Aside from that, your racist comments are surprising: you must certainly had an idea of whom your neighbors were before you plopped down the deposit. We NEVER had an issue with people from the Indian culture. They were very polite and family oriented. Just some what different. And please, find yourself an Adult only community so no one has the need to apologize for children being children. Carolyn
