I lived here for a few months with my husband while we looked for a home to purchase. At the time we signed our lease, we were impressed with the seemingly professional attitudes of the management, as well as the luxury of this brand new building. Unfortunately, the honeymoon was over within a few days of moving in. We could hear everything out neighbors were doing, including every footstep and conversation; the walls are VERY thin! We also had a problem with ants, which we discussed with the management. They assured us that they would fix the problem ASAP, however it took 2 days to get someone in, which we felt was too long to wait. And finally, we lost our deposit when we moved out for "cleaning" even though we had left the place IMMACULATE. For the price of these aparments, these problems are absolutely inexcusable!
