Parking... You get your asigned spot and that's it. You need to tell your guests and visitors, sorry, I don't know where you can park.
Noise... During the weekends they are always people speaking loud outside but I can not see them. Upstaires neighor could stop jumping after my kids goes to sleep. Kids running on the hall way very loud and very often. Next door neighbor loves to sing songs as he is an opera singer, but he is not.

Other polutions... Cooking... I know all different kind of food my neighbor is cooking day and night like is happening in my kitchen and I don't like any of those dishes.
The garden is beautiful but the foutain often breaks and the water looks really bad. The maintenance people comes whenever they like to hoover the hallway. The trash room really smells. And the side elevator entrance is "really" filthy.
Construction... Looks very well built. Whoever, the dishwasher hits the cabinets and the fridge hits the cabinet as well. The cabinets doors are cheap and sharp, I need to be very carefull not to get cuts. The tile floors in the entrance and bath are cut very roughly. Watch for your bare feet. The shower head, you need to be at least 5'10" to reach it.
Office Stuff... I don't think they do exist.
Overall, I have seen worse and I can live with the above problems.

Not true. Where's the garden anyway? No such thing. Trash chutes are always clean and smell free. Of course when you live in a complex there are all sorts of people so the smell of food, come on! The construction is great usually quiet as a mouse and I'm in the midrise. Parking is great to me and I have guests all the time. Sounds like they're just unhappy people
