I have never in my life been fed such load of crap as I have since the new management took over. I am told that they will repair something and they never do. There are constantly screaming couples and children. No one seems to get along around here! They advertise that they have 3 pools, but don't mention that only one is heated, two of them are even "cleaned" and the third one is dirty, cold and there is not one single chair to sit at near this pathetic pool. The only one that is clean is always too crowded and people are RUDE! There are even three men in three different apts. dealing drugs here! The staff never follows through with work orders to fix things in apts., they don't care how loud anyone is. I haven't slept one single night since the Prometheus Mgmt took over! My car has been broken into 5 times and my apt. has been broken into 2 times. Silicon Valley Security Co. is supposed to come around to check the apts. 2 times a night and they don't, if you call for security they don't show! The places are so run down we are infested with HUGE rats, moths, ants and my ceiling is slowing falling apart. I hope I don't end up with my upstairs neighbors in my room one night when the ceiling finally does fall in! There is nothing good to say about these apts. They charge too much for what they offer. Gee, what is the price for crap' I AM SO GLAD I AM MOVING TOMORROW!!! I thought it was bad when it was managed by Investors Management, but now I am living in pure hell with the new "management". Tess the manager is a prejudice and rude poor excuse of a person and the rest of the staff is just plain stupid! The maintenance staff is clueless. So, if you are considering living at Villa Serra, I hope I saved you the time of just repacking and moving again! No wonder everyone is always fighting around here and the people from across the street on Ontario come over and spray paint our walls with gang writing. Everyone here is miserable and they show it!
