Villa Serra Apartments

Bad! Not recommended! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   You could hardly believe how irresponsible those staff in the Villa Serra rental office are. First, they never treat people nicely. Very impolite and rude. As if they are the best in the whole wide world. Second, they never help and give useful advice. Once I have a problem about my rental, and I have sent like a million e-mails to them, but not even a single reply. When I called, they answered me so rude and those answers were trash! I would never ever recommend anyone to move in seriously! I will move out immediately right after my contract is over. Furthermore, the apartment environment is poor, the car park and road sting and the apartments are old and weak. Very uncomfortable!
