Villa Serra Apartments

Itīs Great! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I am surprised to see all the bad reviews of Villa Serra. My husband and I moved into Villa Serra over a year ago and we love it! I was reading the reviews that said that the management was horrible...I think that in the year we have been here I have talked to the management once. Why do you need to be interacting with the management' You can drop off your rent and leave! The grounds are beautifully maintained, with redswoods and lush grass. We have a two bedroom apartment and it is the most spacious apartment we ever looked at. Our porch is wonderful and huge. We use it in this mild climate to eat outside every night. Its wonderful! Someone had written that Villa Serra was not children friendly..this is NOT true. In fact the only thing I DISlike about Villa Serra is the fact that the kids run WILD in the afternoon. The run all over the place playing soccer, riding scooters and bikes and being generally LOUD! This goes on from 5:00-9:00pm...very annoying, but definately children friendly! So I would give Villa Serra and Overall rating of GREAT! (well, except for all the the speed bumps)
