Management does not care about fixing problems promptly - lack of hot running water in bath - in cold winter... atmost water used to be warm and slow flowing.

Had to keep calling for 6 weeks and explain the problem each time to the same lady in the leasing office. Lady refuses to recollect knowledge of the problem. Finally gave complaint in writing threatning to complain to City. Then they acted to get a professional plumber to flush out the pipes with chemicals - they should have done this 6 weeks ago. Also, boiler was found to be needing replacement - problem kept repeating. Finally decided to move out by breaking the lease, but had to pay cleaning charges.

There are much better properties around than this one.
