Pros:
The grounds are nicely kept and the staff seem fairly friendly.

Cons:
The rules are fairly strict (e.g. no riding your bike, low noise level, etc.). Though, if you don't have kids this isn't a huge problem (the case here).

One major problem I did have was the black ants in the buildings. They seem to come from everywhere. You get a hole patched by the maintence guy and a week later they are coming in a different hole. The ants were only in certain sections of the apartment but the apartment was still crawling with them. I imagine it would be far better on an upper level apartment (mine wasn't).

It seems that two or three times during the week at 8-10am the grounds crew comes and runs heavy machinery outside. For those of you who like to sleep past 8:30am this might be a problem (as it was for me). Many a morning I was awakened by a chansaw running *directly* outside the window.

One last note as with other apartments I found in this area the shower water pressure is really hit and miss. Sometimes its OK other days you can't even wash the shampoo out.
