I have lived in this community for over 14 years. I finally escaped.. Yes, it felt like a prison.. managment men all over the place all day policing the area.. rude office workers who refused to listen to maintence problems, rules rules rules for everything.. i had a problem with the electric heaters so bad that the walls and everything was covered with soot.. black soot. they came out and said i needed to dust.. they refused to listen to me and i ended up with pneumonia with black soot in my lungs.. still they then charged me to clean the apt.. then there was the constant water problems every month or more the water was turned off for maintenance.. over and over... then there were the elecrical problems.. three tvs blew out and lights would zap in the bathroom. i warned them of problems and they didnt listen. dont rent these apts.. they are old and unsafe and not worth the money.
