Hazardous conditions to live.
Construction work is going on all over (parking lots, tennis courts and common area etc ). The dust & noise pollution is not bearable even for adults (forgot about kids). You will see danger zone sticker on every fence railings. Absolutely not recommended for kids; adults with dust allergies. Don t blindly by the advertisement or by the rental office staff.
The construction might take 2-3 years. Until then, there is
NO Club house
NO Swimming pool
NO Jacuzzi
NO Tennis courts
NO Volleyball courts
NO Enough guest parking
NO safety for your car and apartment (read other s comments)
NO safe for kids
NO play area for kids
NO laundry (the main laundry is no more)
AND management is very rude. Don't expect any maintanence work in a week.
I m just waiting to complete my contract.
