I do not recommend anybody , just avoid this Villa Serra/Groove apartment
Foolish management, they won't listen to you!

So many people suffer a lot, most of them are Asians, they may take advantage.

One example recently,they are trying to do Fumigation, they did not give full compensation , whole process was big hassle... no communication of asking people when is the right time for them, they just wanted to do it(Just Ignore Tenant problems), you have to go out, they won't pay any expenses like hotel, food, transports problems like work loss, they JUST wanted to do during WEEK days , for 3 days( most of the working Tenants have to take leave because they have to vacate house on Monday morning 9:00AM, where do you go, work OR hotel ' same while returning), they just pay $250 thats all for everything for whole family! most of them spend lot more than that( for basic things), you can't even compare...... they do not want to provide any kind of accommodation for those days, even though it is for fixing their problem.

Please avoid this apartment even schools are OK. just try other nearby apartments, they might better than this.....

Swimming pool never been(rarely) used by anybody, so dirty, laundry same thing, but people have to use it...

Be careful while signing Lease agreement(It is one way, I do not think they can change anything in that if you ask them) , they will send you threatening letters by showing those sections ( California Tenant law looks different, they follow there own laws..)while doing repairs.

Only good thing is good people around .....but Management is not matching to that.
