It took them 4 and 1/2 months to weed a small yard!

Property manager will also yell at you accusing your loud voice is the cause for their delay, because your voice scared that late 30 years old maintenance worker. So, you have to pay your rent to suffer the whole hay fever season and be responsible for their delay. There is no ration needed when you deal with management here!
Some neighbors bought drain opener, caulked around shower and windows,.... etc.
If you like to learn how to fix a house, this is a great learning ground for you! You need to be handy!
