worst management and dirty place i have ever been through out

Hi,
i have moved into this apartment 1 years back. During this one year i can to know many things from the management working here. Starting they were very nice and closer to you if you move into this apartment and even they tell you there will be some amount back to us through friends referral but later even after 7 months or so you wont get the referral to us even when we ask them they will just tell us they will check but they don't.Its been a year and i am moving out of the apartment but haven't got my referral yet. Here there's is lots of construction going on in the premesis,lots of noise pollution and even lot of dust,should keep on cleaning the house.Even if there is construction going on here they even do not reduce the rent. You don't even have air conditioning here and plants and trees are getting cut down day by day. You have still 300more units coming in this small complex. these people became very money minded.Not even a gym or pool in this complex. THEY JUST TELL us coz of this construction everything has been shut down.Even if you have any problem in your apartment like the dishwasher stuff you should call several times and remind them it takes a week for them to come and fix it.Till then you should clean with mops or wash the utensils.
SO JUST DOWN MOVE IN. I HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH SO JUST MOVING OUT OF THIS STUPID COMPLEX AND WORST MANAGEMENT EVER SEEN.
The management here seems to have no concern for the happiness of the tenants. Whether it is due to laundry getting stolen, car getting broken in to, mosquito problem, their first response is ALWAYS "that is not our responsibility". It may be common that electirc is not grounded, but it is new to me, and all my electircal equipment is at risk. When the gas technitian had to come and fix our heating furnace, they had never seen anything so old, and were amazed it was still running.LOT OF CONSTRUCTION WORK AND NOISE AND DUST.
