The maintenance staff is more professional than the management staff. The buildings are very old and have constant plumbing issues. The management staff acts as if they are doing you a favor by letting you live here. Pathetic professionalism in almost any category. They raised the prices which is understandable however they have eliminated most of the amenities for 2 yrs due to construction. The gym is in a lousy apartment and they have very dim lighting after dawn. The manager doesn't bother to return you calls as he probably manges multiple properties and is extremely poor at customer service. Save your money, don't live in this dump of a place due to a good location.

yeah that's true...... And there's lot of theft problems going on in this community and management is worst..they don't even care for you. they just keep on increasing the prices thinking this is a cupertino school district but nothing worth regarding the apartment and its amenities. no gym,no pool and no tennis court nothing is there currently. They tell you they are renovating the apartments and they just let the price go higher and higher.worst place to live.. i don't suggest anyone to live here. just see many reviews and then consider if you want to come..
