Its like living in a 3rd world village farm house; not recommended

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Its like living in a 3rd world country. Dirty roads, lot of noise and pollution.
Hazardous conditions to live. Management is HORRIBLE, won't listen and help.
Beware!! Very poor Lighting at night and with construction going on its not safe to walk at night.
