Worst management - frequent water and power outages

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Because of construction, there have been frequent power and water outages in last 4 months. Today power and water have been was for half a day and manager was missing in action for the whole part of the day. The service supervisor was very rude and asked us to leave the office premises when we went to the office to discuss this. There were around 15-20 tenants who assembled to talk and they were all asked to leave. This was really ridiculous. First of all there is no water and electricity and there is no one to even listen to the tenants.
