The apartment complex is old. Its seems like it was built 50 years ago. The place has poor outdoor lighting and seriously, i almost hit a guy while i driving late at night. I mean seriously, it is really bad place. The facilities sucks. I remember the first time i went to the gym. The equipments are poorly maintain and are of poor quality. I almost injured myself when i was running in the treadmill.
Right now, they are constructing the place, so the bottom line. there are no facilities that u can use and they are planning to demolish the parking n etc.
Also i heard, since this place is not a gated community, safety is bad. Too be honest, the safety is so bad that i actually could break into my own house. SO ya, never ever stay in this apartment, it should be condemn and demolish for all i care...

PS: when u move out, they will do like a check up telling you want needs repair and all of that. The guy who did the check up told me that it was probably going to cost me $100 to $200 max, but it ended up costing me $600. The ridiculous part is that the cost when to cleaning. i mean come on, $200 for cleaning. They probably took the money and spent it on something while they told their own maintenance guys to clean it for them.

FYI, As per California tenants law (Civil Code Section 1950.5), "Painting is not required, nor is filling in nail holes. These are not valid deductions. Minor scratches are generally normal wear and tear". http://www.caltenantlaw.com/Deposit.htm
