Stay away, management will show you dreams before you moves in and after that you will find that there is nothing to feel good about. If you can have your kids wait to go to restroom for many hours, this is the place to be as the water and power outages can happen any time. If you will call the office, they will not pick up the phone and if you walk to their office, they will advise you to go to nearby Mcdonald. Management will give you 6 water bottles (1 Gallon each) and its your responsibility to keep them filled up so you can use them anytime the water goes out. The gym is located in an apartment, there is no club house (however you will be shown pretty pictures online or when you will move in). Your parking can be blocked anytime. If you would like your kids to play in dirt, this is the place as there are many locations with pile of dirt right in front of your apartment.
If you share your concern to the management, they will tell you that you are the only one who has issues. If you will call them, they will not pick up the phone specially where they know that there is an outage going on. The entire sight looks like a war zone but if your kid leaves the bicycle or scooter outside, you will promptly get a notice saying it hurts the property look. Great job Villa Serra and Prometheus keeping your tenants in bad shape.
