I lived in Villa Grove apt.for a year.It is very spacious aparment with a nice backyard...the only advantage here.But, I heard from people that there is going to construction there also in couple of months.The drawbacks are
1. No dishwasher
2. No microwave
3. No 3 plug points
4. Noisy heater with huge electricity bill
5. Water bill always touches 80 to 100 for 2 people...no use of talking to management..
6. Very cramped parking space
7. Unruly neighbour...eventhough complain to the management falls on deaf ears..
Intially when we look into the house we feel that it is huge, big closet,,,,etc...but, please be aware that apart from you rent you will end up paying additional 100 to 150 USD for utilities.
