This place is like a hell compare to apartment communities in Cupertino. It was good initially until the construction work started. Once the construction started, too much dust, horrible sounds, power outages, water outages, road deviations, closing parking lots etc.,.Entire apartment will have too much dust. Management will not care about the construction issues. Even with so many issues no reduction in the rent. Before moving to this place, take a walk in the community and also talk to the people staying there. Construction dust causes health issues like asthma etc., Power and water outages are some times known and some times unknown. Some times water won't come in the middle of your bath etc., Even with so many construction issues, you should give 30 day notice period before leaving this apartment and 80% of your deposit is gone. You will be paying for the dust created by the construction work. Think 100 times before moving to this place.
