First of all, I have to say that I am only writing this review to be nice because I would not want anyone else to experience what I went through.
I was sucked in by the nice website and pictures of the complex, but when I actually visited the complex, it was like a whole different experience. There is construction everywhere, no grass, and everything was covered in dust/dirt. The apt manager sucked me in with the low rent. It was definitely not worth it!!! They assured me that construction wouldn't start until 8:30 AM or so, but when I moved in, they had us move our car at 7AM or else it would get towed. I went out of town one weekend and when I came back, there was so much construction going on that my car was covered with dirt and it looked like I went off-roading. That can't be good for your health. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE LUNG PROBLEMS AND CHILDREN! The uneven pavement and dust is a hazard!! Since they did construction in the parking lot, random cars would park in my assigned spot EVERY DAY because there were not enough spaces. That's minor compared to shutting off hot water in the morning w/o notice so you can't shower before work. They shut off the water/power so much at one point that they have a storage room dedicated to purified water so you at least have something to drink. They even offered to pay for hotels because there were so many complaints. The one nice thing the apartment manager did was allow all tenants to break their lease with no penalty because of the many complaints. You know there is a big problem if an apartment complex is willing to do that for all tenants!! The walls are so thin that I can hear everything that the guy above is saying. I can also hear him snore at night and I knew where he was walking because the ceilings creak and the windows rattle when he is near glass...horrible! The list goes on, as you can see.
