Parking is very far from the door. Very close to Highway and noisy. Managment is vicious, never trust there smile. No respect to tenants. Plumbing is old and nobody wants to replace it. Very hot in summertime on the second floor and conditioning doesn't helps. Recreation facilities are bad organized and planned. Construction and Maintance are very noisy and disturbing.
