very unfriendly and noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   With the previous management there were some problems like people walking in the dark on the parking lot using it for promenade. Consodering that drive way on the parking is very narrow and does not have good lighteting, it was not safe at all. But at least the management was polite. New management is extremely rude. All old problems remained, but new were added such as fixing and remodeling on Saturdays. Considering that this remodeling goes on for a long while, it is really a problem. There are kids running around and screaming on the top of their lungs in the inner yard and noise isolation practically absent in the apartments, there are rarely a quiet time after work hours. Management does not make any attempt to preserve quietness. When I was moving out, management sent a crew to start fixing things a month before I was out of the apartments. Basically, there is no consideration for the tenants after you rent the apartment.
