The on-site managers are great -- very friendly and helpful. Responded quickly to all maintenance problems, took care of packages, reminded me when the rent was late, never charged a late fee, etc. Available and easily reached outside of office hours, took pride in complex. Brand new appliances. Clean apartments and common areas, nice grounds. Spacious apartment. convenient to shopping and parks. Quiet neighbors at Village Green, but the neighbors at the adjacent complex can be quite loud - loud music in parked cars, parties in the parking area late at night. Very thin walls - I woke up at 5 AM quite often when people started their cars. Could hear outside noises too loudly -- heard everything through the walls, especially neighbors on patio or in common areas. Very cold apartment, hard to heat, lacks any insulation -- difficult to control the heat in the bedroom at night (either too hot or too cold), large drafts. Expensive electric bills from the heat. Gym equipment is old and the carpet smells. Recently had cold showers in the morning once a week.
