Be aware!!!
I recently moved out of the apartment after living there for more than 2 years.
They charged $1000 for moveout expenses. Carpet replacement charges as $600 for (7 year old carpet at the time of moving in).
Blood suckers.

Village Green is the worst place I never knew and heard before. They should not cheat the new residences before they move in. Unreasonable charge for moving out (painting, microwave filter cleaning, blinds cleaning, drip pans... ). The charge for carpet cleaning is reasonable but others should tell people ealir. We keep everything in good condition. The wall is completely new and microwave is clean. $1000 charge is way over too much. New residences should learn lessons from that.
