THE PITS!!! MEAN, NASTY & BAAAAADDDDD :(

If you want to make your life miserable and waste your money, then...... live here. If you want some peace and quiet after a hard day's work then go somewhere else.
The neighbours are ok - but very noisy. The MANAGEMENT IS BAD AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. The man is ok.... but a sneaky, racks up YOUR bills when leaving. She turns nasty and green as soon as you put your notice in. This is the reality.
Oh yes there is a gardner too!! Peeping Tom! Does a bit of part-time peeping on the lower floors! Keeps an eye on who is in and who is out. Then weeds by their bathroom window. Has an ally waiting in the car to whisk him away as soon as someone screams. Then it starts all over again!! Management won't do anything about it. Oh! By the way he weeds the Manager's patio too!! Isn't that convenient'
ANTS' Everywhere..... Nests breeding. ROACHES' I Hear they have those too. BUGS' AHAHN.... You get the drift' See a pattern'
ACCO Management are GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY - prey on the parent's needs for the nearby schools AND hack up the rent and they rip the tenant's off by providing receipt's of goods used to " make repairs". Tenants do not look at the receipts carefully - if they did they would notice that the receipt is a 50th copy of the original (! YEP!!) and doesn't even relate to that particular repair done on the claimant tenant!!!
By the way this same receipt is given to every tenant - the wise one points this out - the slow one loses out!!
GET WISE GUYS..... PUT THESE NASTY GREEDY LOT OUT OF BUSINESS!!
WHAT DO YOU DO' 1. Form a union and many friends in the complex. 2. Take movies/photos OF THE APARTMENT. 3. Keep witnesses when moving in - DO THE SAME WHEN MOVING OUT! Most important let it be known that you have done this! 4. Have a legal person or a person of the law witness your "walk thru" for you - YOU AS A TENANT ARE ENTITLED TO THIS FREE SERVICE. 5. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN MOVING IN - INCLUDING THAT MINOR SCRATCH ON THAT TOILET SEAT, AND THAT SMUDGE ON THE MIRRORS!! 6. Ask management for the bill that verifies professional cleaning and carpet cleaning BEFORE moving in as YOU THE TENANT is asked to provide this when moving out.
And then.....Oh! Yes, if you are lucky you can walk away with your dignity and pride, WITH every penny in tact. If NOT' Then..... you get stripped of that too.
DON'T live here because of your kids, your kids will also learn how to lie and take your money from you like the management does. Teach your kids some morals and let them know that " THIS IS NOT A DONE THING". Remember "what goes round......INEVITABLY comes round".
DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE FOR THE KIDS OR OTHERWISE!
AND.......GET THIS...... THIS ONE IS THE BEST OF ALL...
GO TO YOUR BED AND GET SOME SLEEP KNOWING YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ON YOUR TODO LIST TO HELP OTHERS AND YOURSELF!!
