Don't you, ever live here. They rip you, off your security deposit and they even charge you some fictious charges when you move out.
We had a pre and a final inspection done when we moved out. They said they would charge us for cleaning and some final touch up paint. But we were surprised to receive a invoice for damanges in carpet and kitchen Linoleum. I asked them why they did not report this during the final inspection. They gave me some non sence answer that , it was not the final inspection.
Just cannot believe it. How can they rip you off. There are much more nicer appartments in the neighbour hood. And the Elementary school is also Nimitz. You can very well stay in sunnyvale and to that school. You don't have to pay an expensive rent and go to a school in Sunnyvale. Just don't do it.
Washer & Dryer is always out of order.
