If not for my roommate going back home due to a family illness, I probably would stay. I just decided it was time for a change and wanted to go nearer my work now.

We were both happy here for over six years and have seen probably a few managers in our time. Their good as they do seem to make sure stuff is fixed.

Lot of kids next door to the school, but have not encountered any problems yet. Property looks good, but it is not a new building. I like that they have a social room for gatherings.

I think because we lived here for so long, they could not charge us much so we actually got some refund of our deposit. But it was a problem at first because my friend was away and could not sign the check, so I got a new check sent to me pretty quickly.

Overall, as far as places go, this was a good experience.
