My husband and I recently moved in and are very pleased with it so far. The property is very pleasant and peaceful. We got a great deal moving in with a free month's rent, but other places are offering deals too.

The apartment itself is very beautiful. Within the first couple days we noticed the sliding patio screen door was not working properly and got it fixed right away. Everything else is just fine.

We like walking across the street to a Starbucks, Long's, Safeway and Subway. We will probably stay here for a while and make it our home.
