Excellent Management - the first thing i would like to mention is Manager, Julio. He is very nice and providing excellent service. I was living there for 2 years without any problems. On last lease renewal the management raised the rent about 22% which is not affordable to me. so i moved. Worst apartment ever Worst apartment i have ever lived in....bad maintenance and there are big fat rats inside the house. They increase the rent about 30%. $1900 for 1 bed 1 bath is ridiculous. Everything you touch will come out .....don't move in there unless you are desperate....

Excellent apartment, great staff We lived here for two years and found this to be a great place to live. It is very conveniently located to the freeway and shopping. The staff are excellent (Pari, Marissa, Lilly and ofcourse Oscar !!). We have never had to wait for more than a few hours
