I've been here for about 3 yrs now. The rent keeps increasing every 6 months - unless you opt for the long term lease.
Management changes every now and then - Everytime i walk into the office there is a new guy/gal at the desk, They are polite but can't help. Most of the times they have no idea what's happenening since everybody is "New here" anyways.
Utilities- Water trash bill is on the higher side, close to $30-$40/month /person since the meter is shared by the entire community, you also pay Rental Insurance and other utilities.
Laundry facility upgraded last yr. - but still no good.
Very noisy as there are lots of kids.
Is a nightmare in summers especially the upper level uints with old noisy Air-conditioners that are only in the bedroom.
No Heater for Winter - But can live.
Maintainence staff is prompt.
Pets allowed -that's a pain at times with dogs barking in locked apts.
