I've lived here one year, and so far I like here ^_^. The management is great - they believe any comments(not complaints!!) are worthy for anything because they don't want you to leave there. Balcony is spacious and it's not included as apartment space - so store little things here. Each units are very private - not so visible from outsider / neighbors. Swimming pool / jaquzzi is always clean, fitness I never used but some people use them(only few equipment.. very minimal). Pets only poop trash bags are very useful(trash can is below the bags. very nice, indeed). All light bulbs are energy-saving bulbs and management take cares of all exchanges. No cost to me. Exterminator comes every friday, so I see no bugs - trust me, I HATE bugs!! If you have pet, it's pet's heaven - just don't let them live on balcony. My recent neighbor put two dogs on outside balcony, and it was first complain I ever got on this property!! I have two cars and both has assigned and covered parking spots.
Bad part is... Kitchen!!! No window whatsoever with kitchen so that all heats from cook stays inside. It's sooooo hot in the summer to be inside home / cooking. Also, they just raised apartment fee regardless of your lengh as resident. Not so happy with that because I have to pay almost same price with new commers.
