Expensive Apartment

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This is very expensive around this place. I have stayed here almost for 2 yrs. They charge almost 1230$ for single bed room. Apart from this they charge for utilities(comes around 55$ per month). Most of the aparments dont charge for utilities. So totally comes for 1250 to 1300$.
Problems:1. Every renewal they increase the rents. Last increase was 130$
2. No extra benefits after increase in rents.
3. Lot of Bugs - not taken care well
4. Maintenance became poor during stay of my last year.
5. There is no proper manager. Every time you go you can see new faces.
6. Renter's insurance
7. Laundry machine are not maintained properly. more to say.
