Nice community plagued by issues

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
Lived here for more than 3 years now. The complex itself is very spacious and the people are generally very nice. In the last year or so they started allowing bigger pets (read big dogs). They bark all day long and the owners do not pick the dog poop and its disgusting. Management do not care about the residents complaints. Do not have a full time manager for the last 3 years or so. I still stay here only because a lot of my friends still stay here.
