I have read the reviews that are in reguards of the property. I have lived at Arbor Court for 21/2 years and have for the most part enjoyed my stay. I have seen Management change several times for one reason or another but it would appear to me that the same individual has been writing the reviews. The Property Manager has been very helpful to me and my family. She has been trying to clean the property up and I have noticed her at work early in the morning and suprisingly late hours at night. She seems to love her job and I have been in the office several times when she others have been in need of her assistance and she has devoted a sincere hand to them as well. This is a pet friendly community so If you do not want to hear dogs bark from time to time PROBABLY the wrong place to move. The maintenance staff is also very attentive to all of our needs as well. I will be encouraging the rest of my neighbors to write a review as well. It's a good thing that the world is not seen from one set of eyes.
