I've lived at the Apartment Complex for 6 years. The apartment complex is clean and generally quiet. I've lived on the outter edge of the apartment and have had no major problems. The complex is a family community that allows dogs. The Management is responsive to requests for repairs and is friendly. The recent management has established office hours that allow more access for the members of the community. I feel that this is a nice place to live. Rents are more reasonable than South County and I've had no problems with crime. Rent increases have been in line with the Orange County Rental Markets and the Apartments are generally larger than newer apartment complexes.
