we've lived in arbor courts for over 3 years. the past managers have been great, the team they had in the past made sure the grounds were always clean, bbq pits, pool area, and laundry area were always clean.....which should be expected considering how much everyone pays for rent... i've talked to several neighbors that have the same complains...
with our past management team when they said they were going to fix something in the apartments they always do...
now with the new manager they have....not so great!!!!!!
i would never recommend anyone i know to live here. sadly we just resigned our agreement to be there for another year. had we known that things were going to change so much we would have never signed for another year of living there!
here are many issues we the tenants are all concerned with...
lack of communication from the management office...
they say there going to fix things in your apartment, don't except it to actually happen... they say they are but DON'T!!!!!!!!!!
its a gated community but funny how the gates are never working. basically open to anyone that wants to welcome themselves in... the gated carports are always open, we've had many neighbors say that they have had things stolen from there cars. we also experienced the same thing... luckily nothing was stolen but found our glove compartment open, middle console open and we could tell someone went through our things... i realize if someone is going to steal they will find a way regardless... but when the gate is left wide open for weeks its pretty much an invitation to anyone!!!!! but isn't this why we pay the amount we do to live there''' one bedroom goes for almost $1300 2 bedrooms $1600... so you would think when you are paying this much to live somewhere things would get done/fixed!!!!
and if you go to the office to complain, theres not to much of a concern, but i guess because they don't live there. i really hope things change SOON!!!!
again i would not recommend this place to anyone i know!!!!!!!
