Rude and unfriendly staff. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   My wife and I rented 2 different apts. here from 98 until early this year. They continually raise the rent and the living conditions continue to get worse. We finally HAD IT when we starting getting insect problems. I refuse to let my family be exposed to roaches and termites. I actually felt sorry for the exterminators who would come out as they told us on numerous occasions they were doing all they were authorized to do. I know more could have been done, but knowing the Mgr. (Marina) she would only have the cheapest and easiest option done. When we left earlier this year and were packing up our belongings, we actually ran accross some damage that was caused by water or termites at our balcony that if a big enough person was standing there, they could fallen through it! OVERALL, DO NO RENT HERE! THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT, IGNORE YOUR REQUEST FOR SERVICE AND ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
