Stealing your money...rent goes up,up,up $200 in 2 years!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We've lived in this aprtment for 2 years...The rent went up $200 in 2 years! If you don't sign 6month contract, you have to pay $100 for month-to-month lease fee...
Kids are running around and very loud. We've called police twice because of stolen car audio and suspicious car at the parking area.
And also, maintenance...We claimed to fix some part of our apartment when we move in, but never been fixed...Tired of calling them.
