Casa Grande Apartments

Let's skip this place. Really. From: steveniii Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This place is awful. They are really good at remodel outside, but inside...bugs,ants and spiders...everywhere you go. And neighbors are not really great,too. I had called police and security a couple times because os suspicious person around my neighbor's door and parking lot. And also, manager is very rude,too. They had a very small party this month and she was asking everybody where they live, just to make sure they are really residents in this apartment. I go to the rental office every month to pay my rent! And yelling kids,smoking in front of people(including kids) and telling everybody"ONE DRINK PER PERSON!!". Maintenance is useless. They never come and fix our problem even we claimed when we moved in a year ago!
