I have lived at Casa Grande for 2 years now and I love it. The apartments are well kept and have a modern style to them. The space is adequate for a one-bedroom and we are happy with it.
Yes, there are a lot of spiders and ants at times..and at night you have to tippy-toe through the snails on the walkways outside...but overall, I can live with it.
I feel safe here and I love the community. Cypress is a wonderful city to live in!
The maintenance guys are very helpful. They have helped me so many times from borrowing rope to hang my daughters b-day pinata, to helping change a flat tire in the parking lot. And if I ever need repairs done (minor ones at that) they are very prompt in fixing them-usually within 2 days. (sooner if it is an emergency)
The girls in the office are very sweet and halpful. I have never had an issue with rent being late or any rudeness of any kind.
The rent is a little pricey, I must admit that. We have a rent increase every time we renew our lease, and we are over-paying for just a one-bedroom apartment. But we love it here and that's what makes us pay a little extra.
The pools are always clean, the laundry room is spacious, and the neighbors are pleasant.
It can get a little noisy at times (usually summertime) since we are close by the pool, but never any extreme parties or noise after hours.
The parking is what made us decide to come to Casa Grande. The parking is great. You may have to walk a little ways sometimes if you don't get a close spot, but are always guaranteed to find a parking spot! Other apartments I have been to make you park on the street--or gated communities where you have to wait to call your friend to let you in.(I hate that!!)
The thing I like most about Casa Grande is the "special" events that they hold occasionally. At Christmas time they had a "Santa Claus" come and visit with the kids and the staff took poloroids of the kids on Santa's Lap. And every year they hold Resident Appreciation with lunch and games for the kids. I have not seen any other apartments EVER do that. Casa Grande may be a bit pricier than most apartments, but then again, you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more for all the amenities that I get here at Casa Grande.
