I have lived here for almost 3 years. The first year they raised my rent $100!! When I asked for a SMALL amount of paint (about a cup) to do some touch-ups on my walls they gave me a hard time. Then the next year they raised the rent $70 more! They have not made any improvements to the apartments, grounds etc. The only improvements I have seen are in the rental office, which was completely redone. The grounds are nice in the general vicinity of the rental office. Everywhere else the grounds are terrible. There is only mud on the ground outside my area. The noise level is ridiculous. When I signed the lease they made it clear that kids are only to play in the designated playground area, yet they are all over the place, skating, bicyling, screaming - everywhere they shouldn't be. The management sends notices entitled "24-hour Notice of Intent to Enter Apartment" a few hours before they enter. I dread having to call the office to discuss any problems with them because i do not want to deal with the rude people that work there, especially the manager, Marina. Another thing that bugs me is that there are no recycling bins by the trash area. Also, when I call for them to do maintenance in my apartment, they do not leave a notice that they had been there and what they had done. You don't even know for sure if they showed up!
