Office staff are excellent! Maintenance staff are great! Community is kept up extremely well. Units are well sized, plenty of storage - especially in the kitchen.

The upstairs apartments cause quite a lot of noise to travel down below - you can pretty much hear every footstep, but if you have neighbors that you can talk to and compromise with regarding the noise, it's not a problem. However more and more people are unable to communicate in English in the complex making it very difficult to have conversations with them regarding issues and problems. Management is understanding, but it can be very stressful having to deal with management rather than working things out directly with nieghbors.

The pools are maintained well, and the laundry rooms are nice and well stocked with machines. MOST people are courteous in thier laundry usage. The top loaded washers that lock during the entire wash cycle are a pain, but a minor nusance.

Overall, a great place to live. I wish I was still there and I would be if it wasn't for the type of neighbors I described above.

One of the best places in the area for the money, I highly reccommend it!
