This is a nice place to live, I however would not say it is perfect.

The Good,
It is very quiet as far as outside
The neighbors or mostly nice
The laundry facilty are ample
Parking is great
They keep the place up
Maintenence staff are very nice Alex is wonderful
Office staff are nice

The Bad,
Rent is high and every 6 months it goes up when we have renewed our lease.
The plumbing is bad, we have had 2 slab leaks and 1 water leak int the 19months we have lived here.
The pool is a problem they close the pool in our section of the complex for the winter upon its opening this year the then scedual it to be replastered and it is still closed now and it is gross the pump is apprently not working and it smell and is discolored with scum floating on top it was suppose to open a month ago.
The spider here are out of control.
The ants in the summer suck.
You can here your neighbors pretty easily.
Security is not doing its job we have ample security however there have been several car break in recently, our car got hit a month or so ago so were was all the security , the have foot patrol bike patrol, and cart patrol but no one saw anything.

Over all,
This place is nicer then where we were before but we are leaving in a few weeks there have been a few instances of problems but they were handled well. We have been lucky to have very quiet neighbors in our time here but I could see it being a problem if you aren't as lucky as us. If you don't mind the high prices and the periodic issue it's an ok place to live.
