it is not a good place as you think. the rent is going up and i think, it is too high when compared to the quality. The serious problem is that this place is so noisy, so if you are looking for a silent place to study, change your mind!!!
Also, the management here is super bad. the staffs don't try to understand the problems of tenants. everything need to be exactly from their guildbook

it's really not THAT noisy. yes its a family complex and there are many elementary school kids running around playing, but it's not insane and the person makes it sound. i've lived there for over a year and it's never been that noisy.

if you mind kids then yes its noisy but i agree its not worth the money. the apartment condition is poor given the amount of rent they charge

There is a lot of noise from landscaping (cutting grass, trees) every day! I hate that. The manager is very rude most of the time, the rest of the staff seem polite. You can only lease max of 9 months after which rent goes up $50-60 at least. The apartment I got is not in very good condition (dirty kitchen floors which is hard to clean, old cabinets, bugs). They did not have it ready until the day before my move in date so I couldn't inspect it and after you have already decided to move its hard to change your mind. They do not allow dish to be installed except in your patio. Recently they gave notices to lot of apartments to remove it or get evicted.
