I have been living here for 3 years, and overall I like it. The maintenence is responsive, and polite. I like the landscaping, trees, ect. There are lots of kids around, but they all go inside by dark. The walls are a bit thin, so hopefully you get good neighbors. Mine are okay, overall. The staff is friendly enough, I haven't had any serious problems with them. I love the location, good distance to anything you need. Outside noise is also minimal, since its in a residential neighborhood.
Yes, there are ants, and some spiders, but I've got them under control with some "home defense" bug spray.
My appliances, fixtures, carpets, ect have held up for the 3 years. I'm sad to move, the only reason I'm leaving is because of my job.
My parking space is not too far away, and there is always plenty of the unassigned spaces around.
I feel very safe here, there is always security around, and residents can be seen walking around the grounds until very late at night.
One more thing, they keep raising the rent, but when I called around to other apartmets, they were high too. I guess its just the market.
