Rent is too high for the quality and the length of leases available change constantly (sometimes can only extend for 3-9 months). Noise can be a problem, especially during the day. Ample laundry facilities but at least once a month the machines will eat your quarters - also, many of the machines have ink in them and some have been know to stain/rip your clothes - management doesn't care about any of that b/c the machines aren't theirs and any "refund" for the lost money goes directly to the complex. Plenty of parking and a safe and clean neighborhood are definatly pluses but you do need to watch out for the kids playing in the street/parking lot as they are never supervised and often difficult to see. Over all I'd say it's a good place but too expensive (which is why we're leaving).
