Nice area - safe overall. Very minor complaints only. Maintenance/Management friendly and nice (one area exception - later). Very quiet. Laundry facilities quite nice - 10 washers/10 dry. per laundry building. Kitchen area smaller than I'd like and storage less than I'd like. Don't believe everything you read on web site: "gourmet kitchen" "ample pantry" "designer tile floors" "stylish breakfast bar" "lush landscaping"... "luxury apartments" - "aparment homes" LUXURY ' "Home" ' Hey, it's an apartment - it's reasonable, it's decent, it's quiet, it's a nice area, the landscaping is "ok" - better than many although not what I would call "lush". Lived in apartments over 30 years - I like it here for the money. Exception - they really like to enter when they want - will give you a notice that they need to do something for like 5 days 8 - 5, their choice. Even for a 5 minute "change the filter" task - I could change the filter myself. Refuse to give you one day, potential time, refuse to "schedule appointments". Think they "need" yearly inspections...
