I have been living since 2 years. Recently I came to know from neibours that I am paying the highest rent $1560. They pay only $1000/1 bed & $1200/Plan C for the persons who like since 5 years. Not to mention, the management only cares for new move in special. They don't want to give the offers to old residents. We and couple of our neibours are planning to move out as soon the lease is over. We are all done with this management telling different stories to every one.

You failed to mention that on lease renewals residents were given the option for a monthly discount and their rental rate did not increase it stayed the same.
