It's a good apartment, I first felt, and it used to be ok until some ignorantly careless neighbor had moved in.
They seem to have parties' or friend reunions' lol anyways, it's just that there are some neighbors talking outside intheir balconies (or patios) in midnights. Usually on Fridays, or weekends, but sometimes during weekdays as well.

The problem is, it happens at least once every single week.
It was a OK community, but not anymore for me. What good is it if you screw your next day from the morning all because you didn't get enough sleep' When they are out in their balconies and talks, jiggles, or laughs, you can't let your windows open if you want to sleep.

During the day, it's a peaceful community with adequate parking. Usually visitors can park their cars on the street with no problem. It's just the noise that some careless neighbors are making in midnights once every week.

If you have to get up early for work and need good sleep, better reconsider and make your life bit easier.
